Recordare... quod sum causa tuae viae
'Recordare' is a nearly twenty-minute duo for cello and treble instrument. Unfolding like a Bruckner Adagio in miniature,
it is an intimate, inward plea to memory - fractured, distant, and uncertain.
At its core lie the simplest intervals: the unison and the third. Through microtonal convergences, expansions,
and contractions, these foundations appear as a series of missed connections within a tonal world -
broken and struggling against itself - as it strains to preserve its foundations under great pressure.
